Help Desks always have the problem with trying to figure out what their client is doing. The Help Desk ask a million questions to figure out what the user clicked on, or what screen the user is on. Or, a favorite response is "... I don't know what I did..."
Well, Winlogger will tell you exactly what happened. Simply, open up the remote log file on the users computer and presto!! See exactly what the user did. The following is an example set of events. Can you tell what this user did?
